  Notes	Miriam, born March 22, 1813, at Lincoln; married Sisson Almadoros, son of Abner and Anna Chase May 16, 1832. He was born Oct. 1, 1809. They joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, generally called Mormons, when its tenets were first proclaimed in Vermont; and they removed with the church to Nauvoo, Ill. When the Mormons were driven from there, they went with the church across the plains to Utah, and settled in Salt Lake City. Mr. Chase was disowned bv the Society of Friends in 1872. He died at Salt Lake City April 4, 1872; and she died there Nov. 4, 1909, at the age of ninety-six. Children : 1. Rachel, born Jan. 10, 1834, at Lincoln ; and died the next day. 2. Hannah G born Dec. 11, 1834, at Lincoln; married, first, Barnabas L. Adams Nov. 16, 1856. He came from Canada; and died at Salt Lake City June 2, 1869. She married, second, Edward Blair May 13. 1873. They lived in Salt Lake City; and she died July 27, 1897. She had five children by her first husband, and one by the second. 3. Jane Ann, born June 15, 1839, at Lincoln. She was an adopted child. 4. Luraney, born May 17, 1842, at Lincoln; married Herman Allison Hill Nov. 25, 1860; and died at Payson, Utah, Feb. 25, 1907. They had seven children. S. Stephen^, born Sept. 15, 1844, at Nauvoo; died in Hancock County, 111., Sept. 19, 1844. 6. Sisson Almadoros, born Jan. 19, 1847, in Pottawattamie County, Iowa; married Elizabeth Ann Hunt July 27, 1867; and died at Salt Lake City Jan. 12, 1918. They had twelve children. 7. Miriam M. born March 3, 1849, in Pottawattamie County; married Creighton Hawkins Dec. 20. 1869; and died at Salt Lake City July 3, 1878. They had four children. 8. Amy, born Oct. 3, 1851, in Iowa; married, first, Garrett H. Conk Dec. 20, 1869. He was born at Ocean City, N. J., Sept. 12, 1847; and died at Salt Lake City Sept. 20, 1875. She married, second, German Ellsworth April 7, 1884. He was born Sept. 28, 1849; and lived at Payson and Spanish Fork, Utah. [7]
